No spots reserved: all cars are “first come, first serve” basis.

Registration Fee - $25

Sellers Fee Scale:
- $0 -$1000 $125 Fee
- $1050-$2000 $175 Fee
- $2001-$2050 $225 Fee
- $2051-$3050 $275 Fee
- $3051 and up above the final bid - $325 Fee

Entry Fee is non-refundable.

Your vehicle must be on premises with a title in your name to register.

All money is held in office until titles are cleared by our notary.

The title must be in sellers name in order to sell a vehicle.

The seller must be present.

The seller must announce R -title, odometer discrepancies, or mileage in excess of mechanical limits.

If you would like a check mailed, there is a $10.00 Fee.

All reruns are $10.00 the night of the sale and are run at the end of the ﬁrst lane done. Rerun Fee is non-refundable.

5 Star Auto Auction will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your vehicle while you are offering it for sale at our auction. Remove all personal items before entering our lot. Stay with your vehicle to show and answer any questions buyer might have.

It is your responsibility to protect your own vehicle from any damage that might occur while it is being offered to buyers, parked, stored or held for auction or any other reason it is on city auction house property.

All title-work must be done immediately after purchase.

No cameras or video recording. No alcohol or drugs.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Not responsible for theft, accidents, or fires.

Gates are locked evenings and weekends.

There is a $10.00 storage Fee for anything left over the week. A $5.00 storage Fee if the vehicle will be checked in for the next week sale.

Keys must be left in office.

$10.00 a day Fee will be charged if the keys are not left in the office.

Vehicles left over 30 days - $5.00 per day.

After 60 days the vehicle will be sold for liquidation damages.

Photo ID is required by buyers and sellers.

Acceptable ID: valid state issued photo driver's license, ID, or photo military ID.

All rewrites $25.00.

All dealers must be registered with office to buy or sell.

Notary service on-site sale day.

No children on auction floor or auction lot.

Each vehicle is sold “As-Is-Where-Is”. This means the vehicle is sold “As-Is” without any warranty, either expressed or implied. The buyer will bear the entire expense of repairing and correcting any defects that presently exist or that may occur with the vehicle. No seller or representative of 5 Star Auto Auction shall promise in writing or otherwise that a particular defect(s) does not exist.
